RENTAL CRITERIA:
1. A credit score of AT LEAST 625 - FIRM (We use Experian's Vantage Score 3.0)
2. Have AT LEAST 3 years of good rental history. We will carefully consider your application based upon a review of your prior rental history and references. We are looking for a clean rental unit, no late payments, no balance owing and no complaints.
3. Monthly income of 3 times the rent ($3000.00). We will consider all of tenant’s available sources of income in reviewing the application. We will request documentation of each income source.
4. Your application will not be considered complete (and therefore submitted for a decision) until all requested documentation has been provided to landlord.
5. You must make your rent payments online using the tenant portal website.
6. Kalamazoo Property Investments will use text and email as the best way to communicate.
