1 furnished rooms for rent on a quiet street in Langford, available for September 1st. We are looking for one responsible, tidy, male tenant.
About the space:
The room is located in a private basement suite. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave) that has all the tools you need. The bathroom was completely renovated 1.5 years ago and is high quality and beautiful. There is also a small living room with comfy chairs, coffee table, smart TV and wifi. You will share the common spaces with 1 roommate including the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Laundry is in the kitchen space, and is shared with the landlords. The room has a double bed, dresser and desk. We are in the process of getting new furniture for the living room, so the photo of the living room is without it’s full furniture arrangement.
Location:
We are on Vantilburg Cres in Langford. There is a bus stop a short walking distance away. This is close to Royal Roads University as well as the new Westshore Campus (walking distance) for UVic and Camosun.
Landlords:
This suite is in a home with landlords living upstairs. We are a busy young family, and we think we are pretty fun :) The kids are in school during the day and are quiet overnight as well. Evenings can be a bit noisy but we work hard to be respectful and have done our best to improve sound proofing. We really enjoy getting to know our tenants and would love to have a great relationship with whoever our new tenants are. We are taking the month of August to do some much needed improvements to the space.
This space is ideal for students. Our last students stayed for 6.5 years! This is a non smoking, no parties, no pets rental. $900 per room.
